Accredited Representative Pathway Available to VIJI Internship Alumni After successfully completing the VIJI Internship Program, eligible participants may be invited to continue their training through the Accredited Representative Pathway—a unique opportunity to pursue Department of Justice (DOJ) recognition as a legal representative authorized to practice immigration law. This pathway is designed for individuals who demonstrate exceptional commitment, professionalism, and capacity during their internship. Through a structured process of mentorship, supervised legal work, and additional training hours, participants develop the qualifications and experience necessary to apply for partial accreditation with a DOJ-recognized organization.
